Who He Is
Larry Davis is a son, brother, and uncle born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was raised in Livingston Parish and attended and graduated from Denham Springs High School in Denham Springs, Louisiana. From an early age, Larry was shaped by the values of faith, family, and hard work that define so many Louisiana families.
A Life Long Conservative
A lifelong Louisianan and middle-class worker, Larry Davis holds deeply rooted Christian conservative beliefs that guide both his personal life and his commitment to public service. He believes in personal responsibility, respect for life, and the dignity of work, and he understands firsthand the challenges and rewards that come with building a life through perseverance and integrity.
A Follower of Christ
Larry was raised by a mom and dad who were committed to providing a strong future for him and his sister. Their sacrifices instilled in him a belief in the promise of America — that with faith, discipline, and determination, opportunity is within reach. His family’s strong Christian faith and love for one another created an unyielding bond that continues to guide his decisions and convictions today.

He has seen the promise of America not through privilege, but through opportunity — opportunity made possible by a community that invested in him, believed in him, and provided the space to grow, serve, and lead.
